What is WEB-SRM?

The Quebec government requires all restaurants and food service establishments to use a certified Sales Recording Module (SRM) to ensure taxes collected from customers are properly reported and remitted. The WEB-SRM system (successor to MEV-SRM) transmits transaction data securely to Revenu Québec in real time.

If you are registered for QST, you must provide your customers with bills produced using a certified SRM-compatible POS system. WinRest meets all certification requirements, ensuring your business remains fully compliant.
